David Edwin Eichmann son of Edwin and Irene Eichmann born June 24th, 1942, passed away on Wednesday December 15th, 2010 in Marshfield after fighting hard to survive a brain hemorrhage.
A hardworking and caring man, Dave loved hunting and being with his friends and family. Dave’s pride and joy was his many Ford antique cars. He loved driving and working on his cars but most of all showing his cars. Dave worked at Rockwell International for 30 years retiring in 1996.
Dave has been part of Oshkosh Auxiliary Police for the past 51 years where he achieved a rank of Captain.
David will be forever remembered and loved by his best friend and soul mate for the last 48 years his wife Barbara Eichmann; three children, Pat (Char) Eichmann, Lynn (Mark) Bernhard, Connie (Tracy) Gauger; His mother Irene (Eichmann) Kurowski; five grandchildren, Brian (Sara) Eichmann, Kimberly Bernhard, Mark (Tiffany) Bernhard, Victoria Gauger, Jessica Gauger.
David was preceded in death by his brothers Art Eichmann and Charles Eichmann; his sister Charlotte (Eichmann) Kentop and his father Edwin Eichmann and his great-grand daughter Brielyn Cavanagh.
Interment will be in East Westfield Cemetery.
