Butler, Pa., Dec.9- Phillip Tack, aged 59, a stone contractor, is dead at his home here. He was a resident of this place for 32 years. He is survived by his widow, four sons, and five daughters, Miss Elizabeth Tack, one of his daughters is a nurse attached to the United States Army hospital corps in New Mexico and another, Miss Ann Tack is a nurse in the Shenango Valley Hospital in New Castle.
