Mrs, Esther Stahl, 84 of Fairview died Saturday, February 24, 1979 at Tolfree Memorial Hospital, West Branch. Mrs. Stahl was born June 2, 1894 in Oklahoma and came to Fairview with her family in 1905 where she had lived all of her life. She was a member of the Fairview Mennonite Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs Pricilla Harrison of Standish and Mrs. Arelene Rabold of Florida; three sons, Byron L of Le Grange, Indiana, Willis L of West Unity, Ohio and Carl H of St. Clair Shore; 18 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Laura Rouner of Kansas and Mrs. Kathyrn Cheastler of Flint.
Funeral services were held Wednesday , February 28, 1979 at 11:00 A. M. at the Fairview Mennonite Church with Eliswofun Handrich officiating. Burial was in the Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements were made by Larrison Funeral Home, Mio.

Stahl.- Esther, daughter of John J. and Mary Ann (Burkholder) Reber, was born in Cordell, Okla., June 2, 1894; died at West Branch Hospital, Feb. 24, 1979; aged 84 y. On Oct. 18, 1914, she was married to Charles W. Stahl, who survives. Also surviving are 3 sons (Bryon, Willis, and Carl), 2 daughters (Priscilla Harrison and Alene Rabald), 18 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 2 sisters (Mrs. Katie Chesler and Mabel Rouner). She was a member of Fairview Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on Feb. 28, in charge of Ellsworth Handrich; interment in Fairview Cemetery.
