Preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Florian Filipiak and Clarence Fabeck; son, Richard Filipiak; four brothers; one sister; and one grandson, Leon Harwood.∼Lucille "Lucy" Filipiak Fabeck, age 102, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at her home at Northwoods Villa, Grand Rapids, MN.

Preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Florian Filipiak and Clarence Fabeck; son, Richard Filipiak; four brothers; one sister; and one grandson, Leon Harwood.

Lucy is survived by her daughter, Antonia "Flipper" Filipiak of Minneapolis, MN; son, William (Alice) Filipiak of Cohasset, MN; step-sons, Jerry (Dede) Fabeck of Duluth, MN; , Dan Fabeck of Minneapolis, MN; daughter-in-law, Debra Filipiak of Grand Rapids, MN; 16 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; six great great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Grand Rapids, MN followed by the 11:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Fr. Seth Gogolin will officiate. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Kettle River, MN.
