SAVANNAH - Willie "Tex" Campbell, of Savannah, GA, died at Candler Hospital in the early morning of February 26, 2011 after a courageous fight with cancer at the age of 73 years old with his wife at his side.
He was born December 19, 1937, in Savannah, GA, the son of the late Mrs. Jessie Pollack and Mr. Clff Campbell.
Willie leaves his caring wife of 53 years, Beulah "Bea" Campbell; three girls, Sharon Campbell Watt, Shantel Hilton and Michelle Campbell**********************************

Visitation will be held 2 p.m., Friday, March 4, 2011 at Michael & Brown Funeral. The final viewing will be held 10 a.m.-12 Noon Saturday, March 5, 2011 at St. Bartholomew Episcopal Church, Chevis Rd., near intersection of Wild Heron Rd.
Services will be held 12 Noon Saturday, March 5, 2011 St. Bartholomew Episcopal Church, Chevis Rd., near intersection of Wild Heron Rd.
Burial: Emma Grove Cemetery corner of Wild Heron Rd. and Chevis Rd. immediately following the service.
