Born to James Henry Holbert and Martha Jane Barnes Holbert, who are listed as Halbert in the Kemp Cemetery in Kaufman County, Texas, where they are interred.
Married to William David Treadwell in Kaufman County, Texas on 1 Jan 1896.After his death, she married Edgar Wayne Percival sometime after his first wife died in 1926.They were both listed in the 1930 Kaufman County, Texas census.
Edgar Wayne Percival is interred in Crandall Cemetery in Kaufman County, Texas with his first wife,Mary Maude Griffey Percival.I am assuming that she is interred with William David Treadwell,as her death certificate said she was interred in Kaufman Cemetery.

Notice that her stepson had her birthplace as Kemp,Texas, that is incorrect.
