Mrs. Helen Goodoing Kincaid

Mrs. Helen Gooding Kincaid died Wednesday ina Philadelphia Hospital following three weeks of illness. Mrs. Kincaid was a native of Cherokee County, S. C. and had lived in Philadelphia for the past 40 years. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Carrie Humphries Gooding.

Survivors include her husband William Kincaid of Philadelphia. and one aunt, Mrs. T. L. Brown of Charlotte, N. C.

Services will be held Saturday at 2 p. m. in the Shuford-Hatcher Mortuary Chapel. Dr. Denver J. Davis officiating. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery.

Active pallbearers are: Dr. Jack B. Hobson, Bill Brown, Louis Sossaman, Edwin Turner, Charles Copeland, Jr.; Oren Wellsa, and Dr. J. N. Lipscomb.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Dr. Ed Dobson, Sr.; J. Claude Fort, Rosmond Cook, Frank Sossamon, Sr.; G. G. Watss, C. B. Poole, and Paul Coggins.
