Katherine (Catherina) Zinzer was born to Jacob and Charlotte Louise Salzman Zinser in Schotten, Hessen, Germany on December 20, 1845. Birth was found in LDS Family History Library Catalog Author Evangelische Kirchen Schotten (Oberhessen) Parish, Europe film area Taufen 1842-1860, film #1336547.

She married Frederick "Fritz" M. Rudloff on October 4, 1863 in St. Louis, MO. They divorced and re-married a couple times; the 2nd marriage was in Perry County, Illinois March 22, 1890 and the 3rd marriage was December 10, 1901 in Perry County.

Katherine passed away June 25, 1928 in Perry County, Illinois and (according to her death certificate) is buried in Mueller Hill Cemetery, Pinckneyville, IL although there is apparantly not a headstone.
