She had been in failing health for the past year and a half. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Friday at St. Alphonsus Church. The body will repose at the Richer Funeral Home until Friday's service. Burial will be in St. Alphonsus Cemetery.
She was born in Tupper Lake Feb.19, 1918, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Clement. She attended the local schools and was married here 21 years ago to Alex Peets, who survives.
Surviving also, besides her parents and her husband, are three daughters, Mrs. Patricia Tellier of Jamaica Plains, Mass., Lois and Janice Peets, Tupper Lake, one son, Stephen Peets of this village; four sisters, Mrs. Delima Reid, Mrs. Ethel Lawrence and Mrs. Emma Gaudet, all of Tupper Lake, and Mrs. Leona Woods of Star Lake; and four brothers, Emery, Leon, Norman and Richard Clement, all of Tupper Lake.
