Coye will be remembered as a strong, determined lady. She was extremely talented in sewing and baking. Hours were spent in her garden and kitchen, cultivating and bottling. Coye also enjoyed traveling and spending time fishing with her husband.
Coye looked forward to family reunions where she could spend time with the whole family. She loved all animals, mostly her beloved lap-cat, Fluffy.
She was a member of the LDS Church and served as a teacher in both Primary and Sunday School. She worked many years as a custodian with Sevier School District with her sister, Wanda Neilsen.
We will miss her spunk and drive.
She is survived by her children: Gerry (Vicki) Hunt, Richfield; Sally (James) Matthews, Battle Mountain, NV; Bardell (Linda) Hunt, Richfield; Miles Hunt, North Carolina; Judy Mills, Gwen (Nathan) Simmons, and Annette Dickinson, all of Richfield; daughter-in-law, Shirley Jensen, Santa Clara; 35 grandchildren, 85 great-grandchildren and 27 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Jack (Betty) Hicks, Richfield; sister-in-law, Arlene Hicks, Salt Lake City.
Preceded in death by parents; husbands; son, Ronald Hunt; grandchildren: Forrest Christiansen Jr., Darrin Hunt, Skyler Simmons; great-grandchildren: Talisa Allen, Keegan Dickinson and Tyson Ogden; siblings: Wanda (Neil) Neilsen, Cal Hicks, Barbara (Ned) Sorenson.
