PIONEER RESIDENT SUCCUMBS DEC. 19
On Sunday, Dec. 19, Peter Miller, long-time resident of Glendo, passed away at the Wheatland Hospital after an illness of several months. Mr. Miller, who was 88 last August, homesteaded in the Flat Top community in 1913. In later years Mr. and Mrs. Miller had made their home in Glendo. He was preceded in death by his wife in 1963. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Community Church, with burial at the Horseshoe Cemetery. Our sincere sympathy to his survivors.
