When Mr. Cardot passed away in 1944, my grandfather, Reverand William Thomas Cooper took him to the Little Star Cemetery and buried him.
He rests today among the beautiful trees of the new home that he had found, and not very far from some very special friends, Bessie Mae Beavers Cooper, and her husband, William whom he knew and had lovingly given to during their time of need.
Mr. Cardot - Thank you for this special act of friendship, for if not, I would not have my mother.
Rest in Peace.
