Jane and her husband Jonathan Worsdell married in February 1871 in Cornwall. They emigrated to the U.S. in 1875. The couple had a total of five children who survived early childhood: Alfred, Beatrice, Harry, Ernest, and Lucretia. Jonathan died in 1905.
