BILSON, HAROLD DAVID. Eng. Sub Lieutenant. Royal Naval Reserve. HMS Sarnia. Born Holmfirth. Son of David and Fanny Bilson of Holmfirth. Husband of Lillian Alice Bilson (whom he married on 18.5.1918). Killed in action involving a submarine in the Mediterranean, 12.9.1918, aged 32 years.

Commemorated on the PORTSMOUTH NAVAL MEMORIAL.
