Ollie Mae was the youngest daughter of Aaron Joseph Smith (buried in Knox Co, TX) and Georgia Emma Sims Smith (buried in Tillman Co, OK). This info was missing from her death certificate. Her cause of death was suicide; she had been despondent over the loss of her twin babies. Her death certificate states she was buried in the Odessa Cemetery
