Robert Abell
Rovert Abell died at 8:30 a.m. yesterday at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Joseph L. Molohon, one and one-fouth miles west of Glenarm, where he had made his home for many years. He was 94 years old.
Mr. Abell was born Sept. 20, 1863, east of Divernon, the son of John and Teresa Harrell Abell. He was married to Ludie THomas who died in 1934.
He was a resident of Divernon, Glenarm and Pawnee all of his life and formerly engaged in farming.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Joseph L. Molohon of Glenarm, and Mrs. Eugene Lahr, of Decatur; on son Clarence Abell, of Springfeild, 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; on sister, Mrs. Eugene Williamson, of Des Moines, Iowa.
Remains are at the Staab Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Church, Divernon. Rev. J. CUllen O'Brien officiating Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Pawnee.
