Miss Grace Hatcher, 73, of Vaiden died March 1 at the Grenada County Hospital. She was a retired school teacher.
She leaves a sister, Marine Conner of Vaiden; and two brothers, John L. Hatcher of Benoit and Claude Hatcher of Vaiden.
Funeral services were held at Shongalo Presbyterian Church at 10 a.m. on March 3 with the Reverends Phil McRae and Morris Taylor officiating. Burial was in Vaiden Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Marvin McCorkle, Dennis Welch, Ken McDougal, Ralph Self, Hayse Stewart, and Roy Eddins.
Lee Funeral Home of Winona was in charge of the arrangements.
