Sister Leocadia entered the Benedictine community at St. Scholasticas in Duluth, MN in 1915. In 1919, she joined the founding sisters who went to Mt. St. Benedict at Crookston.
She served as Librarian for Mt. St. Benedict Academy and Corbett College. She taught school- 1st through 12th grades for over 40 years. She was active in the Tri-State and functioning of the Catholic Library Association as well as local and state library events.
