Hazel Raley Sollock, age 93, of Houston, formerly of Devine, passed away Monday, May 24, 2010 in Houston.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Hardy Lauel & Lillie (Simmons) Raley; husbands, Allen Dawson and Edgar Lenwood Sollock; brother, Millard D. Raley; sisters, Ruth Rogers, Ruby Michel, Pet McCrary, Irene Lott, Zelma Bass, Thelma Vickers; and grandson, Damon Redd. She is survived by her daughters, Judith Irene Bales & husband, David of Houston; Lillyan Alline Dawson of Houston; brother, Hardy Lee Raley of San Antonio; stepchildren, Edgar (Butch) Lenwood Sollock, Jr. & wife, Jennie of San Antonio, Charles Leslie Sollock of San Antonio, Rebecca Ward & husband, Ross of Pearsall, Susan Denton of San Antonio and brother-in-law, John Sollock of Devine.
Visitation will be held at Hurley Funeral Home in Devine, Thursday, May 27, 2010 from 10:00am to 11:00am. Graveside service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, in Devine, at 11:30am, with interment immediately following.
