FAMERA, Maryann age 75, formerly of Huber Heights, passed away Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Avalon by Otterbein at the Atrium. Maryann was a longtime member of St. Peter Catholic Church, worked St. Peter Bingo for 32 years, member of Rosary Alter Society, Till n' Tell Garden Club, Wegerzyn Garden Center, American Rose Society and the Polish National Alliance,Charter member of Arete Track & Field Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; parents, John & Anna Wrozek; sisters, Irene Zemba, Jessie Aliff, Jeanette Dickens and special friend, Ann Kiefer. Maryann is survived by her daughters & son-in-law, Debora A. & Robert Hollingsworth of Lebanon, Denise M. Famera of Huber Heights; sisters & brother-in-law, Roseanne & Paul Ewazen & Wanda J. Holmes of Cleveland; brother-in-law, Edgar Dickens of Medina; grandchildren, Patricia, Tracy, Theresa & Robin; 13 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; special friends; The Fronista Family, Jean Rich, Cindy Robbins, Jean Moody, Jean Dickens, MaryAnn Rae & all her bingo workers; a host of other relatives and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter Catholic Church, 6161 Chambersburg Road with Father Patrick McMullen celebrant. Interment Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Marker & Heller Funeral Home, 5844 Old Troy Pike from 5-8 PM Friday. If desired memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc. or Hospice of Dayton in Maryann's memory. The family extends special thanks to those who took such good care of Maryann during her failing health.
