Edwin Montney died Wednesday, February 11, He was born April 25, 1870 at Memphis, Mich., and was married July 2,1895, to Mary Elizabeth Wilson. to this union were born four children who with the wife and mother survive. The children are Herman and Maude at home, Mrs Fred Cutler of Fairgrove, and Walter of Flint. he also leaves one grandchild, his aged parents, two brothers and four sisters, The brothers and sisters are Charles and Lee Montney, Mrs Frank DeLand of Port Huron; Lillie of Detroit, Elma of Memphis,and Mrs. Victor Willet of Vasser.
Mrs Byron Montney of Memphis, Charles Montney of Port Hope, Miss Lillie Montney of Detroit, Mrs. Victor Willett of Vasser, Mrs. William McCool of Kingston, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Montney and little son Douglas of Flint were here to attend the funeral. Burial took place at Brookside.
