Frederick Post - December 8, 1944

William G. Brewer, retired Montgomery County farmer, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Joseph Byrd, Dawsonville, Wednesday night at 11 o'clock, aged 94 years. Mr. Brewer, a son of the late George and Lethia Brewer, lived for many years in the Beallsville section.

Surviving are the following children in addition to Mrs. Byrd: Mrs. May Cramer and Mrs. Lyle Mason, Washington; Mrs. Harvey White, George Brewer and Mrs. Joseph Pyles, Poolesville; Milton Brewer, Mississippi; Burch Brewer, Detroit; Mrs. Herbert Shreve, Kensington; Newton Brewer, Barnesville.

Funeral Saturday morning at 11 o'clock from the Byrd residence. Interment Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville. William B. Hilton, funeral director.
