Milo Linwood Jones was born Oct. 2,1906, at Salt Lake City, Utah, a son of Thomas Linwood and Katie Jensen Jones. He married Thelma 'Maxine' Brown Feb. 14, 1952, at Dallas, Texas. She survives.
Other survivors include three daughters, April Bonita (Steve) Castillo; Cherry Rose (Richard Barton; and Robin Kay (Ray) Holt; two sisters, Viva Putnam and Rula Stowell; two brothers, Viron Jones and DeWitt D. Jones; 12 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Barney Joe Wiliams-Jones and Milo Linwood Jones, Jr; and four brothers.
Milo was a veteran of the Army during World War II.
