Anna M. Pollock, of Mountain Top, passed away on Friday morning at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Veronica (Wielga) Belanchik. Prior to her retirement she worked at the family farm, the Foster Wheeler Company and the Eberhart Faber Company in Mountain Top. She was a member of the St. Jude's Church in Mountain Top. Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her husband, George Pollock, Jr.; a great-grandson, Connor Aigeldinger; a sister, Florence Krulowski; and brothers, Stanley and Joseph Belanchik. Surviving are her children, Ann Marie Pollock, with whom she resided, Maryjo Aigeldinger and her husband, Francis; Patricia Snyder and her husband, Eugene, and George III. and his wife, Ruth Ann, all of Mountain Top; her sister, Rita Rokitko, of Dorrance; 13 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. from the McCune Funeral Home, 80 S. Mountain Blvd., Mountain Top, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in the St. Jude's Church. Interment will follow in Albert Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
