On December 8, 1966 in Allegany, he married Sue A.(Dombrowski) Johnson who survives.
Mr. Johnson was a graduate of Limestone High School. He had worked as a flagman for Honkin & Konkey Construction Company.
He was a former member and Elder, Sunday School Teacher and on the Board of Directors of the Christian Missionary Church in Bradford. He was also a former member of the Limestone Volunteer Fire Department for many years.
In addition to his wife he is survived by two sons: David A. Johnson, and Thomas E. Johnson, two sisters: Shirley Bremiller, and Brenda Carpenter of Hinsdale two brothers: Howard Johnson, and Dick Johnson, 5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Burial in Limestone Cemetery.
