Mrs. Phillip Schulte died this (Wednesday) afternoon at 1:20 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Wm. Magner, after long and severe suffering with cancer. The funeral will be held at St. Mary's Catholic church on Saturday morning at 9:30 o'clock.

Magdaline Seipker was married to
Phillip Schulte, Sr. and they were
the parents of:
Mary Angleine (Mrs. John F. Thelen),
George, Frank, Joseph, Ella (Mrs. John Gute),
Charlotte (Lottie) Mae (Mrs. William Magner),
Ludwig M. (Ludg), and Anthony J. (Tony).
Their oldest child, Mary Angeline, was
born December 9, 1969 in Rockford, Illinois.
Sons George and Frank H. were also born
in Illinois. Phillip Jr. was their first
child born in Sac Co., Iowa.
In 1895, this family was living on Section
31, of Township 86, with seven of their
nine children and Phillip's mother, Lotta.
In 1908, Phillip and Madgaline bought a
farm along Highway 175, next to the Tile
Plant; later they moved to Ash Street,
between Second and Third, in Auburn, Iowa.
