1869, in Rockford, Illinois. George and

Jr. was their first child born in Sac Co. Iowa.
In 1895, this family was living on
Section 31, of Township 86, with seven
of their nine children and Phillip's
mother, Lotta. In 1908, Phillip and
Madgaline bought a farm along Highway
175, next to the Tile Plant, Auburn;
later they moved to Ash Street, between
Second and Third, in Auburn, Iowa.
