BROOKSTON, Jan. 19 --Mrs. Clare (Oilar) Foust, of Brookston, 91, died at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, at the Home hospital, after an illness of three weeks. She was born in Tippecanoe county, was a member of the Federated church of Brookston and the Baptist Missionary society.
Surviving are eight children: Bertha Galloway, Logansport; Ruth Tapp, Ft. Wayne; Mrs. Pearl Currie and Mrs. Mary Morgan, Brookston; Chance, Gary; Vinton, Hammond; John, Elwood; Curtiss C., Brookston; and four brothers: Ben Oilar, Oregon; John Oilar, Lafayette; Asa and William Oilar, Brookston.
Friends may call at the Thompson funeral home. Services from the Thompson funeral home 2 p.m. Thursday, C. A. Mitchell officiating; burial in the Odd Fellows cemetery, Brookston.
