Woodrow Frimpter, 91, Venice, died Sept. 12, 2004. He was born Dec. 14, 1912, in Belleville, N.J., and came to Venice in 1989 from Bridgeport, Conn. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include a daughter, Lois Vertucci of Bridgeport; a son, Garrett of Tampa; a sister, Dorothy of Connecticut; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Inurnment will be in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. National Cremation Society, Sarasota chapter, is in charge.
