Ezra Hull was born in the Roxbury Society of Woodbury, Connecticut. After the American Revolution his Father moved his family to New York state along the Mohawk River (now the Erie Canal) near Westmoreland. His Father was buried on the banks of the Mohawk River. After his Father died Ezra went to the frontier near Athens, Ohio and farmed on land in Alexander Township near where the railroad and Margaret Creek cross the dual lane US 50 highway.
He married Esther Price 22 Nov 1802 in Belmont Co., Ohio. They are both buried in the Snowden Cemetery.
He started a family record similar to a Bible record which has been handed down from oldest son to oldest son for 200 years and is now in the possession of Dr. Ronald Fred Hull, DDS of Marietta, Georgia.
