Swinia was a great little dog, and best friend, he was a male English Setter. Swinia had a Polish name meaning "Pig" because he ate everything. He went by many nicknames, Monkey, Monkeynose, Sneakysnout, and when there was snow on the ground we called him Snow Jaws, because he loved to eat snow. We got him at the dog pound which was located at the town dump for $5.00. He was so dirty and greasy when we got him, it looked like he was crawling under junk cars. We brought him home and gave him a bath, he was wet, cold, and shivering like it was -50 below zero or something, I guess he didn't like it. He came out of that battle nice and clean. He went almost everywhere with us, except on hot days he stayed home in the air conditioning. We had to put him to sleep because he had a stroke and could not walk, we hated to loose him, and will always miss him.
