OLD KIRKVILLE RESIDENT DIES.
Mrs. Emily Bunch, 74 year old Kirkville pioneer, died at St. Joseph hospital in Ottumwa about 8:30 Monday night. Mrs. Bunch had lived in Wapello county for nearly 45 yers and had served as telephone operator there for 25 years.
She is survived by one brother, Will Wood of Chariton; one son, Will Bunch of Tekon, Wash, daughter, Mrs. Lizzie Rupe, of Tacoma, Wash., and Mrs. Elizabeth Foster of Ingomor, Mont.
Funeral services were held at the Methodist Episcopal church in Kirkvillle, Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, in charge of Rev. J.D. Stevens and burial was made in the Kirkville cemetery.
