Date of Death change is based on inscription on Tombstone - Oct 1, 1874. Year of birth change
32222matches Philip's age noted on his gravestone which would be 1784 if he was 90 years + when he died. His obit in the Miami Hemet of Oct 10 1874 states his date of death was Oct 1 but also (and apparently erroneously) states he was in his 91st year and that his date of birth was May 31 1783 vs. 1784. Believe the headstone would be more correct. Also the 1850 Census of August 2nd has his age as 66 which would also make his birth year 1784
