Believed to be the son of Samuel Farmer of Knox County,IN who died in 1846. Had younger brothers,Silas, Amos and Simms Whitton. First wife was Hannah Joseph from Ohio. Children were; Henry, Talitha,Silas,Louisa and Mclelland. Married second wife Rachel Emeline Hall in Edwards County in 1874. Had one son, Otis Farmer in 1875.Death date and burial location provided to me by Donna Colyer Bethel on 09/27/2009. Thanks to her for the assistance.
