Lorene Trammel-Webb was born November 20, 1916 in Roger Mills County to Newton E. and Nellie Irene (Husted) Harmon, the youngest of six children. She departed this earth November 18, 2012 at Deaconess Hospital, Oklahoma City, at the age of 95, two days shy of her 96th birthday. She graduated from Cheyenne High School and took several college courses in design. She worked as a seamstress, quilt maker and teacher. She married R.L. Trammell in 1933 and they had four children. She married Louis Webb in 1950 and traveled throughout the United States working on Government Security sites. In 1964, they retired and bought some land in Sparks, OK where they raised cattle until Louis died in 1986. She then moved back to Western Oklahoma where 3 of her children lived. She was able to devote time to her love of gardening, sewing and quilting. She lived alone until July 2011 at which time she fell and broke her hand. She moved to Oklahoma City to live with her youngest daughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, both of her husbands, two brothers, Eddie and Paul Harmon, two sisters, Daisy Parman and Ruth Isch, three of her four children, Robert (Bob) L. and Billy (Bill) F. Trammell, Sue N. Jones, and one granddaughter, Donna Sue Chastain.

Memorial services will be Wednesday, November 21, 11:00am at Putnam City United Methodist Church in Oklahoma City, OK.
