Howard V. McIntire (1834-1912),
Sarah Elizabeth Jane McIntire-Scobee (1836-1925),
William Garrett McIntire (1839-1859),
John Newton McIntire (1840-1865), and
Malvina Van McIntire-Peck (1843-1906).
After her husband Van died in 1842, Grace remarried to widower Ulyses P. C. Filson on March 25, 1847 in Carter County, Kentucky.
Grace died Mar 14, 1865, and was buried in the Jones Cemetery, Midland, Bath County, Kentucky. The headstone inscription reads: "Grace McIntire, Wife of Van S."
