was born Sept.2,1913 in Floyd County,Kentucky to Harrison and Izania(Richardson)Williams.
On Dec.30,1933,he married Letha Marie Holbrook, who survives.Also surviving are a son,Estill (Jean) Williams of Ada;two daughters,Leatrice (Wayne)Prater of Harrod and and Isana Kay Brummett of Alger;11 grandchildren,16 great-grandchildren,seven step great-grandchildren,and two great-great-granddaughters;three sisters, Claranda Whitaker of Edens Rapids,Mich.,Dorsey Lyons of Warsaw,Ind.,and Revis Krites of Lima.
He was preceded in death by two brothers:Erman and Homer Williams;six sisters:Eva Prater,Millie Hackworth,Zora Wright,Pearlie Hackworth,Effie Hackworth,and Oma Spradlin.
Williams was a farmer who also worked at Teledyne Ohio Steel in Lima for 25 years.He was a member and deacon of the Alger United Baptist Church and a member of the UAW-CIO 1219 of Lima.
Memorials may be made to Hardin Hospice Care. Arrangements were handled by Hanson-Neely Funeral Home in Alger.
