FUNERAL SERVICES HELD FOR FORMER RESIDENT
Funeral services for Mrs. Belvia (Salyer) Skeen of Coral Gables, Florida, were held at 10am in the Hersman Chapel. Mrs. Skeen died in Miami, Florida on Thursday, April 3, 1965. Pastor W.A. Bearden, of the Presbyterian Church, officiated at the services.
Born in Kentucky, she had been a winter resident of Florida for the past 18 years, and a permanent resident there the last 6 years. She was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church and had lived in Wagoner, Oklahoma many years before moving to Florida.
Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of Hersman Funeral Home of Wagoner.
