Alline Elbert Butler, 61, of Eula Springs Road, died Friday at her home.
She was a native of Wellington, Texas and graduated from Wellington High School with the Class of 1942.
She had lived in Acworth, Georgia before moving to Weaverville three years ago. She was the wife of Carl Butler, Jr. who died in 1978.
Surviving are a daughter, Angela Hunt of Weaverville; a son, Pat E. Harris of Miami, Florida; a brother, Howard Elbert of Texas; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Collins Funeral Home in Acworth, the Rev. Cuyler Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Liberty Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home and locally will be at the home of Rick and Angela Hunt, 15 Alexander Road, Weaverville.
