Bobie R. Taylor, 86, Logansport, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2013, at 2:30 p.m. in Chase Nursing Home, Logansport.

He was born April 22, 1927, in Lebanon, Mo., to the Late Charles Houston and Bertha Ada Price Taylor.

On Nov. 4, 1949, in Logansport, he married Georgia I. Engle, who survives.

Bobie retired from Rockwell International in 1989. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post 3790, American Legion Post 60 and served his country in the Amy Air Force during WW2.

Other survivors include one son, Robert (Patti) Taylor, Lompoc, Calif.; one grandson, Travis (Tonya) Taylor, Lompoc, Calif.; two great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Bobie was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.

Funeral services entrusted to Gundrum Funeral Home and Crematory.
