Rebecca was found as a small girl wandering in the woods of West Virginia by the Wilson family. They took her in and gave her a birthday 4 years before they found her. The Wilson family moved on to Missouri.

Rebecca married Giles Parman on 12/31/1840. They lived in Daviess County Missouri for five years They moved the same time as Giles' father Joseph Parman to Gentry County Howard Township Missouri.

Giles and Rebecca had twelve children. Giles died 4/23/1863.

Rebecca married Joseph Siddens after being widowed for 15 years. Two of Rebecca's daughter's had married Joseph's sons.
