Paulina Kraft Lennick is the daughter of Johann John Kraft and Katherina "Kruckenberg" Almer Kraft. Paulina was 2 years old when she came to the United States with her parents and moved to Harvey area. Later, she moved to Blue Grass, where her parents homesteaded, and she attended school. She married Edward Lennick Oct. 28, 1919 in Blue Grass, Morton, ND and they farmed that area until 1940; they moved to Otter Creek, ND, where they owned and operated a general store and farmed until 1954. Then they moved to Hazen. Paulina worked for several years as a cook at the Hazen restaurant. After her husband died in 1974, she moved to Mandan, ND.
Edward Lennick and Pauline Kraft had six children.
