Mrs. Wm. K. Perrin Dies at Her Home

Mrs. Lucy Perrin, one of Gloucester's oldest and most highly esteemed residents, died Tuesday at her home, Goshen. She was the widow of the late Major William Kennon Perrin, and the daughter of Dr. Walter F. Jones of Enfield and his wife, who was Fannie E. Wellford. She was the sister of Dr. William F. Jones, Miss Mollie C. Jones, Horace Wellford Jones and Robert C. Jones, all of whom preceded her to the grave. She is survived by five children: Mrs. Hansford E. Taliaferro, of Zanoni; Mr. William K. Perrin, of Salisbury, Md.; Walter C. Perrin, John T. Perrin and Miss Sallie T. Perrin, all of Gloucester.

Mrs. Perrin was a woman of sterling character and charming disposition, who was much loved by all with whom she came in contact. She was a member of the Presbyterian church.

Funeral services were held at Ware church Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, and interment was made beside her late husband. The services were conducted by Rev. William B. Lee and A. V. Gibson.
