Thomas "Goodwin" Hunt, 01 Aug 1816 - 29 Sept. 1889, settled in Pike Co. (in the section which became part of Spalding Co.) and in the early 1880s the Hunts moved to Bill Arp, where he is buried in Pray's Mill Cemetery, Douglas County.
