Jane b. 1820 in Jasper, Marion Co, TN married George A.B. Hardin, son of John & Sukey (Mullins) Hardin, about in 1837 in Marion Co, TN. After the death of George A.B. Hardin about 1855 Jane married James B. Carlton 1 Dec 1857 in Itawamba Co, MS. James B. Carlton impregnated Jane about Jan 1858 and shortly afterwards deserted her and their unborned child.
Jane is buried next to George A.B. Hardin.
