To celebrate Michelle's outlook on life was, "be beautiful on the inside and out, be bold and strong, live your life to the fullest have some fun along the way. Try to learn from your mistakes and correct them and always move forward. Be hard working and forward thinking. Always find the best in people, be kind and gentle and giving to someone every day." Her favorite thing was to "pay it forward". Michelle always did so much work for so many during her shortened stay on this Earth and she will continue from a higher place. The world will not be as bright as her star had to travel to the highest place in heaven.
Michelle's families would like to thank our many friends and families for all your love and grace and acts of kindness. They will never be forgotten. We would like to thank First American title for embracing her during her illness. We also would like to thank Saint Mary's 3rd floor oncology nurses for their love and caring and would like you to know she loved you all and you made many difficult days a little easier and brighter for us all. Thanks to Saint Mary's home health and to Dr. Brogan and Dr. Cunnington and their team for working in favor of her needs.
We all need to keep an eye out for Michelle's little homeless man on 4th street and make sure he gets a warm coat for the winter as Michelle won't be able go give him one this year.
Services will be held at Mountain View Mortuary, 425 Stoker Ave. on Saturday September 13, 2008 at 1 p.m. A Celebration of Michelle‘s life will be held at a later date to be announced.
Wherever you are when you read this, stop and take a moment to light a candle to help light her path, she would love that.
