Geraldine (Shaver) Conlon
Geraldine (Shaver) Conlon, 89, passed away Monday, Sept. 1, 2008, at the Altenheim Community in Beech Grove. She was a resident of Beech Grove and a former resident of Jeffersonville and Bedford.
She was a member of Southport Christian Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Becky Conlon of Youngstown, Fla.; two sons, Robert Conlon and his wife, Annette, of Greenwood and John Conlon and his wife, Debbie, of Westfield; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Conlon; her parents, Andrew and Myrtle (Bidwell) Shaver; a brother, John "Jay" Shaver; and a sister, Helen Clark.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Scott Funeral Home North Chapel, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville.
