Private Henry Stephens, Henry, a plasterer from East Nantmeal, Pa. Enlisted at age 18 on Sept. 30, 1861, for 3 yrs ; in Company F, 97th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry. He died of congestive fever at Hilton Head., S. C, on Jan. 7, 1862 and was buried on the following day at the cemetery outside the entrenchments.
