He was the son of William Archie and Ora (Gooding) Williams. Reb married Rosemary Doolin on August 29, 1953, in Emerald Grove, Wisconsin. He was formerly employed as an operating engineer by Beloit Pipe and Dredge and Arby's Construction. He was a member of Local #139 Operating Engineers and the Morning Coffee Club at East Point Restaurant. Reb had a love of playing cards, hunting with John Thurow and cooking. Dad loved being with family and friends and loved telling jokes. He had a big heart and will be truly missed. He enjoyed watching car races, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Braves. Reb is survived by his daughter, Judy (Larry) Stall of Milton; his sons, Richard Williams of Huntington, IN, and Ronnie Williams of Janesville; grandchildren: Melanie Stall of Evansville, Phillip Stall of Milton, Autumn (Mike) Davis of Janesville, Collin Williams of Hobe Sound, FL, and Kasey (Chris) Mundt of Stuart, FL; brothers: Gene (Pat) Williams, Leaston (Gertrude) Williams, and Calvin Williams, all of Georgia; many nieces, nephews and special friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary on April 9, 2006. Also preceding him in death were his parents; sisters: Elouise Luke, Louise Howell, and Leona Cole; brothers, Jeff Williams and Bruce Williams; and a grandson, Kyle Williams.
