She was born on Christmas Eve, December 24th, 1932 in Shelby County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Sharmon Willard and Cecil Louise Lea Willard.
Louise was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was blind but had held jobs that would have been difficult for a person with good eye sight. She knew her way around Louisville, Kentucky better than most people. She was a wonderful person to be around and a friend to all who knew her.
Louise was survived by her husband of 18 years, Franklin Delaney "Frank" Rogers, whom she married on August 26th, 1963 in Jellico, Tennessee; one son, Franklin Eugene Rogers; one daughter, Lisa Kay Rogers; one brother, Stanley Willard; and a host of other family and friends who mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sharmon Willard, who departed this life on December 4th, 1950 and Cecil Louise Willard, who departed this life on March 22nd, 1938.
Burial was in the Bagdad Cemetery in Bagdad, Kentucky.
